Four steps.
No mystery.
Every engagement starts with listening. We don’t sell solutions looking for problems. We learn how your business runs, then we show you exactly what to build, what to replace, and what it’ll cost — before we cut a single line of code.
One partner, start to finish.
One team, start to finish. No handoffs to a separate agency when the project is “done.” We’re still here.
What actually happens.
Discover
We learn your business. Not from a brochure — from your team. We sit with the people who do the work, trace the workflows, audit the tools, and understand where time and money are leaking.
We sign an NDA. We read your ops handbook if you have one, or build a rough one if you don’t. We pull usage data from your SaaS admin consoles. We talk to the owner, the COO, the people who actually do the paperwork.
This is the foundation everything else is built on. Skipping it is why most AI projects fail.
Design
We architect the solution. Based on Discovery, we identify what to build, what to replace, what to automate — and in what order.
You get a roadmap: scope, timeline, cost, expected ROI. Real numbers, not vendor-math. We tell you what not to build, too. If the best answer is a spreadsheet and a two-hour training, we’ll say so.
Then you decide whether to go into Build. If you don’t, you still keep the roadmap. You’re not locked into anything.
Deploy
We build and launch. Working software delivered in two-week sprints, with your feedback shaping every iteration. Dashboards, agents, automation, models — whatever Design identified.
Everything is production-ready, documented, and your team is trained on it. You watch it come together at weekly demos. Nothing ships in a black box.
Sustain
We monitor, optimize, and retrain. AI systems drift — models go stale, data shifts, vendors change APIs. We catch it before you do.
We add capabilities, fix drift, and evolve the tools as your business changes. Quarterly operator reviews. A real cadence, not a ticket queue.
This is where the compounding value lives. The best thing we build in year one is often worth 3x more in year three.
What makes this different.
You own everything we build.
The code, the models, the data pipelines. If you decide to bring it in-house or go a different direction, you take it all with you.
Real numbers, not promises.
Every engagement scoped against measurable outcomes. You’ll know the expected ROI before we start — and we track it after.
Same team, start to finish.
No handoff to a junior team once the deal is signed. The operator who ran Discovery is still around for your quarterly review.
