Do we have to commit to Build afterward?
No. Consult is standalone. If the roadmap shows AI doesn’t make sense for you, we’ll say so — and you keep the report.
How much access to our systems do you need?
Read-only access to your SaaS admin consoles and a few hours of calendar time from leadership. We sign an NDA before anything.
Can you work with our existing IT partner?
Yes. We play well with MSPs, in-house IT, and existing agencies. We document everything so any team can pick it up.
What if we already know what we want built?
Great — we’ll run a shorter scoping engagement (usually 1 week, ~$3–5K) to validate and price it before going into Build.
