Why we exist.
In the 1980s, personal computers existed — but most businesses had no idea what to do with them. The companies that won weren’t building PCs. They walked into offices, set up systems, and showed people how they’d change everything.

Meet the founder.
Matthew built his career at the intersection of business, government, and high-stakes sales. Over the last four years he generated over $60 million in total sales and fundraising — across client engagements at LINK Public Affairs and fundraising for Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin.
He built LINK Public Affairs from a startup to $12 million in annual revenue, personally sourcing over two-thirds of company revenue. He served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Political Advisor to Governor Glenn Youngkin, worked with state and national trade associations, advised Fortune 500 C-Suites, and built teams and companies from the ground up.
Ironworks AI exists because Matthew watched hundreds of businesses and organizations — from 5-person shops to mid-market firms — struggle with the same problem: they knew AI mattered, but had no idea where to start, who to trust, or what it should cost.
