Engineering leadership
CTO / Technical Co-Founder
Full-timeRemoteCo-founder equity
$210,000 – $238,000 · Co-Founder Equity · Full Benefits
This isn’t a “Head of Engineering” role at a company with a product already built. This is a co-founder position. You will be the technical half of a two-person leadership team: the CEO brings the clients, the industry knowledge, and the revenue; you bring the architecture, the engineering vision, and the team.
You’ll own everything technical — from AI/ML architecture and engineering decisions to hiring and leading the technical team. You’ll work directly with clients to translate business problems into technical solutions, and build the systems that turn custom client work into reusable IP and productized AIaS offerings.
