The gap

96% of American businesses plan to adopt AI <25% actually have

Almost everyone means to. Almost nobody has started. Closing that gap is the entire job, and it starts with one conversation about how your business actually runs.

Our thoughts on AI

  • Build, break, fix, fast.

No extended audits or years-long projects; the best AI adoption is what you are willing to do now.

  • Start small.

Before you transform your entire company, plug it in and turn it on and use it on the smallest thing possible.

  • Workflows, Processes & Tasks

AI doesn't replace people, it eliminates tasks and lets them focus on higher-value work.

It's a free conversation, what do you have to lose?

Where it does work

We look for the same shape every time. A task that repeats, has a clear right answer, and already lives in a system we can read.

  • Quoting and estimating

Pulling specs, pricing, and history into a draft quote someone reviews instead of builds.

  • The inbox that runs the business

Triaging what came in overnight, routing it, and drafting the reply that gets sent forty times a week.

  • Scheduling and dispatch

Matching the job to the person and the window without one person holding it all in their head.

  • The month-end scramble

Reconciliation and reporting that eats the first week of every month and produces a number nobody trusts.

If none of those sound like your business, the assessment will probably tell you to wait. We'd rather say that in thirty minutes than in a proposal.

What the thirty minutes actually is

A working call. You talk about how the business runs, we ask questions, and you leave with a straight answer.

  1. 01

You walk us through the work

Where the hours go, which systems hold what, and what breaks when someone's out. No prep required — if you can describe it out loud, that's enough.

  2. 02

    We name the candidates

The two or three places in your operation where this would pay, and roughly what each is worth in hours a month.

  3. 03

    You get the honest version

Including whether the answer is to do nothing yet. Plenty of businesses aren't ready, and the useful thing we can tell them is what would have to be true first.

We're a small Virginia shop and we build and run what we sell. If there's a fit, we'll tell you what it would cost. If there isn't, you'll still have the map.

Reasonable questions

Is this a sales call?

It's a working call that sometimes leads to one. We don't send a proposal unless you ask for it, and when the answer is wait, that's what we'll say.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. If you can describe how the work moves through your business out loud, that's the whole input.

What if we're too small?

We build for businesses under fifty people. Small is the point — a ten-person shop losing fifteen hours a week has a clearer case than an enterprise with a committee.

What if we already have an IT provider?

Keep them. We don't manage networks, help desks, or laptops. Different job.

What happens to what I tell you?

It stays between us. We don't publish client names or use engagements as marketing.
